Insurance & Payment

Do you take CDCP insurance?

Yes.

How much does an NPE + NPH cost?

NPE: 313.12+277.50 NPH=590.62 total.

Why is there a patient portion when my insurance says they cover 100%?

Variety of reasons: Sometimes insurance has dollar  maximums, sometimes they will pay based on their own fee guide vs BC fee guide.

Do you offer financing or payment plans at your office?

Yes! Through a third party company called Lendcare-approval within 5 min.

Do you bill directly to insurance?

Yes.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes.

What is your cancellation policy?

2 business days to avoid a cancellation fee.

How long is an appointment?

Average cleaning: 1 hour, Fillings 30min-2hours, crown in a day! (within 3 hours with 1 visit-we mill in house)

Can I have treatment same-day?

Sometimes! We do our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee.

When can I eat after treatment?

Yes, but some scenarios require more caution.

Why do you charge patients a credit card fee?

We’ve implemented a 2.4% merchant fee to help offset the rising costs of processing credit card payments, allowing us to keep our overall service fees in line with the dental fee guide. This fee only applies to credit card transactions-payments made by cash or debit will not incur the charge.

Is there parking/is parking free?

We have limited free building spots and then many areas of street parking around-currently free, but effective sept 17 some spots are paid.

Do you see kids/take kid patients?

Yes.

Do you do whitening?

YES. Zoom in house or several take home options: Ie whitening trays, or pens.

How long does the office whitening take? How much is it?

1-2 hours, $400-450.

Can you remove wisdom teeth?

Yes.

Do you offer sedation?

Yes.

Do you offer Botox? How much is it?

Yes, $10 per unit.

Other Practical Questions

Do any of your doctors speak another language (e.g., Farsi, Mandarin, Korean)?

YES. Farsi, Mandarin, Korean & Cantonese.

Can I come just for a hygiene appointment? Why do I need an exam/X-rays first?

We require a full assessment prior to hygiene as we want to ensure we address any urgent care. There are also certain requirements with the college for patients to see a dentist, which we follow.
